Misuse of State Vehicle Report
EO 10-14 – The Executive Order governing the use of motor vehicles owned or leased by executive branch agencies, boards and commissions; reports of alleged misuse of state vehicles should be reported to the DFA – Office of Administrative Services (OAS), who, in turn, will communicate with the Department/Agency Director owning the vehicle. Responses to such reports will be maintained by DFA – OAS. Reports of misuse may be generated by telephone to 501-324-9057 or by completing the online report below.
