Motor Fuel Tax
The Arkansas Motor Fuel Tax section administers the interpretation, collection and enforcement of the Arkansas Motor Fuel tax laws. These laws cover gasoline, distillate fuels, LP gas, natural gas, and the Motor Carrier industry (for-hire interstate trucking firms and interstate bus companies).
